Ready mix concrete in Dubai, by pour and placement
Each mix below is described the way dispatch sees it: what it is for, how it reaches the forms and what we tune at the plant so it places well. If your spec sits between two families, we adjust one to match it.

Gunite mixes
Gunite is concrete applied by spraying rather than poured into forms, used for thin structural linings, slopes and irregular surfaces where shuttering would be impractical. Output on a spraying job is slow and steady, so we space deliveries to match it instead of sending a convoy that sits on site. On request we adjust the aggregate size for the spraying equipment, the slump for the line and the retarder for how long each load will be worked.
-
Screed mixes
Screed is the levelling layer laid over a structural slab to give a true, flat floor. On multi-storey jobs it normally goes up by pump, so we set the slump so it travels through the line and still finishes well. Large floor areas are best poured in early or night shifts in summer to keep surface drying down. We can adjust strength class, slump, retarder and fibre dosage to the spec your engineer gives us.
-
Shoring mixes
Shoring concrete supports the ground or the structure temporarily while the permanent works go in, often around deep excavations. These elements need a predictable set and a steady supply while they are cast, so we book the trucks back to back and keep the gap between loads short. Placement is usually by chute or pump depending on access. We adjust strength class, slump, retarder and aggregate size to the engineer's design.
-
Piling mixes
Piling concrete forms the deep foundations that carry loads down to stronger ground. A pile should be filled in one operation, so we plan the truck sequence pile by pile and hold the next load ready while the current one is placed. Near the coast and on reclaimed land, saline groundwater carries chlorides and sulphates, so buried piles call for a designed mix. We adjust strength class, slump, retarder and aggregate size.
-
Substructure mixes
Substructure covers everything below ground level: rafts, footings, pile caps and basement walls. A raft is often the biggest single pour on a project, so we plan it as one continuous operation with trucks timed to the pump and a night start in summer. In coastal and reclaimed districts the groundwater is saline, with chlorides and sulphates, so these mixes are designed for it. We adjust strength class, slump, retarder and aggregate size.
-
Superstructure mixes
Superstructure concrete builds the frame above ground: columns, beams, walls and suspended slabs. Most of it is placed by pump, either a truck-mounted boom reaching 43 to 57 m or a placing boom on the deck. We set the slump to what the line and the height demand and the retarder to the run from Al Quoz. On open desert-edge plots, plan curing for wind and sun on the fresh slab. Strength class and aggregate size follow your spec.
-
Blinding mixes
Blinding is a thin, low-strength layer cast over the prepared ground to protect it and give a clean, level surface for setting out reinforcement and formwork. It is usually placed directly from the truck chute where access allows, or by pump where it does not. Because volumes are often small and spread across a site, we take any quantity. We adjust strength class, slump and aggregate size to suit.
-
Fibre-reinforced concrete
Fibre-reinforced concrete carries fibres dispersed through the mix to control cracking and add tensile capacity, common in screeds, ground slabs and surfaces that take heavy wear. We dose the fibre at batching so it is evenly spread when the truck arrives. Fibre changes how the mix flows, so the slump is set with the placing method in mind, pump or chute. We adjust fibre dosage, strength class, slump, retarder and aggregate size.
Every family above is supplied as part of the same ready-mix concrete Dubai operation, batched in Al Quoz and delivered to the pour window you give us.
Why choose us?
-
Pump or chute, planned
We ask how the concrete goes in before we batch it, then set slump and aggregate size for the pump line or the chute.
-
Timed to the drive
Retarder is dosed for the run from Al Quoz to your site, so the mix stays workable until the last load is placed.
-
Continuous supply
Loads are spaced to the placing rate, so slabs, rafts and piles go in without cold joints from a gap in deliveries.
